Rafiqat ul Rasool, Ameena Tur Rasool, Muhammad Muhammad Masood Ahmad.

Abstract
Numerous studies based upon epidemiology recently revealed that how cardiovascular disease risk factors are characterized by minimal blood plasma concentrations of High-Density Lipoproteins Cholesterol. Whether there exists pivotal relationship among cardio-vascular ailment and intensity of HDL-C, is still uncertain. Current work issued presented that high concentration of HDL-C has no link together with diminished probability of myocardial infarction. This study that accomplished two Mendelian randomization analyses, issued in Lancet. Along with the cessation of AIM-HIGH trials that are based upon the niacin along with cholesteryl ester transfer protein inhibitor termination, these results dare and challenge the idea that probability issues for cardiovascular disease could reduce by high blood plasma grades of High-Density Lipoprotein-C. Numerous assets of anti-atherosclerotic such as against-oxidative activities, anti-inflammatory and efflux properties of cellular cholesterol activity properties are shown by High Density Lipoproteins units.

Key words: HDL; Cardiovascular disease; ApoA-I; Cholesterol; VLDL
